What is Haematology?
Tesla Scans & Healthcare runs a blood testing lab in Thrissur with centres at Kunnamkulam, Irinjalakuda and Kodungallur. Samples from all three are processed through our fully automated digital lab. Automated handling keeps each sample on the same path from the moment it arrives, so your results stay consistent whichever centre you visit. Reports reach you digitally within hours rather than days.
Three centres close to home. Our labs are at Kunnamkulam, Irinjalakuda and Kodungallur, so you are not travelling into Thrissur city and back for a routine test. Whichever one you visit, your sample is handled the same way and measured against the same standards.
Collection at your door, seven days a week.A certified phlebotomist, someone trained specifically to draw blood can come to your home, office or workplace between 7 AM and 6 PM, any day including Sunday. This matters more than it sounds. Many blood tests need to be taken first thing in the morning before you eat, and Sunday is often the only day people can arrange that. Home collection is free inside our service area, with a charge beyond it.
Reports in hours, not days. Your results reach you digitally within hours of collection, so you can take them to a doctor the same day instead of waiting for the week to turn over.
A fully automated digital lab. Machines handle the sample from the moment it arrives, which means fewer hands touching it and fewer chances of a mix-up. It is also why a test you take in March can be compared fairly against the same test in September, the process has not changed in between.
Blood tests and scanning in one place. If your doctor wants an ultrasound, X-ray, CT or MRI alongside your blood work, it can be done at the same centre on the same visit. You are not booking one appointment at a lab and another somewhere else.
